Our background comes from the watch industry and over the years we have extended our knowledge to jewellery, accessories, leather goods and more: high end cufflinks, belts with complicated buckles, refined pens, …
Our capabilities allow us to handle every step of the process, from research, design, through product development, to manufacturing. Up to you to decide where you want us to step in: for example some of our customers prefer to send us sketches with a clear concept of the product, some other even give us complete 3D.
But it doesn’t matter where the project starts. We always work with dedication, great attention to details and doing everything for you in the same way we would do for us.
What we do and why you should work with us
Industrial Design
From the initial concept to the final product design and material selection, we develop, validate and refine designs. We know very well the value of listening and understanding the customer. This is a key point in order to save time and achieve a product that meets your requests and expectations. But our approach is even more important: since the very first sketch, we take in consideration all the production processes and limitations, knowing exactly how a line in a draw can save or increase costs. Too many times designers focus only on the aesthetic forgetting feasibility and practicality. That's why our engineering and production knowledge is a critical aspect that allows us to predict and solve potential problems before they arise.
Product development
We consider product development as an intrinsic part of our design process. But in case you decide to give us your sketches or drawings, we will be up to the challenge! We always optimize the value of a bright idea. Most importantly, we look at your design with a critical mind and a clear objective: preserve its core concept but at the same time offering solutions to improve functionality, feasibility and reduce costs.
Prototyping
Prototyping is a crucial step and we are extremely careful during this process. Sample must give you the exact idea of what you are going to receive in mass production: good enough to give you the feeling you are looking for but not over executed with features that are impossible to control on a large scale production. I believe that most of the companies, in one direction or the opposite, fail during this step. In my opinion a lot of misunderstandings and false expectations come from the sample. Clear descriptions and proper executions can avoid all of them.
Manufacturing
We have decades of experience and a network of factories selected meticulously over the years. Reliability is the number one word when we talk about production. Reliability during the production process. Reliability in following the specifications. Reliability in the delivery schedule. Obviously unpredictable problems may occur. We are not used to, but they may happen. The way you face this unfortunate case is the key: acting immediately and with transparency, keeping the customer up to date about what is going on. This is how we work. We do are more meticulous and picky than you can imagine.
